Ark structure timer and server joining problems

Sup guys

I got a very bad problem.
i cant log on to the whitelisted server or any servers because my computer doesn't show the servers. if there is anything i could try to do to fix it please tell me in the comments caus im buffled. also im using a mac if that makes a difference.

and my second thing is does the structure decay work for S+ caus if it it doesn't well

there was a 3GB update this morning, if you updated and still cant see the server, try deleting your mods, unsubscribing and then load up ark again

its ether i need to un-install ark and re-install it or im banned form all servers

damn man, hope you didnt piss off the admin (if you were banned you would still see the servers, just get kicked when you join)

do you see any servers at all?
reboot your mac?

and yeah last stage would be delete and re-install

Check you haven't bumped the tick box on the server screen, bottom left.

I did it once and all servers vamoosed.

Check and double check all your server query parameters

I re-installed ark and it works fine. the install was fast because i got fiber to the premesis so its all fine thanks for the help though.
